NL - Na een geslaagde eerste Winter School, staan we klaar voor een tweede editie. Deze keer leert Gerda Dendooven je sprekende beelden maken tijdens een vierdaagse workshop in Villa Verbeelding.
EN - After a succesfull first Winter School, we are ready for a second edition. This time Gerda Dendooven teaches you to make striking images during a four-day workshop in Villa Verbeelding.

Opgelet! Registreren is niet gelijk aan inschrijven. Als er nog plaats is ontvang je via mail een betalingsuitnodiging (check zeker ook je ongewenste mail). We vragen om binnen 3 dagen het bedrag over te schrijven. De inschrijving wordt bevestigd zodra wij je betaling ontvangen hebben. Daarna sturen wij je een inschrijvingsbewijs.

Please note: if you register, it doesn't mean you've automatically have a place in the workshop. Please wait until you receive an invitation for payment via mail (check spam if necessary) and complete the payment within 3 days via bank transfer. After we received the payment, we will send you the registration certificate. If the workshop was already full at the moment of your registration, you will receive a message from us.

Hoe geraak je er?
Villa Verbeelding ligt op 2 minuten stappen van het station.
Lunch
Neem zelf een lunchpakket mee of ontdek de binnenstad.
Overnachten
Hostel H (Spoorwegstraat 80, 3500 Hasselt) reserveert kamers voor deelnemers. Je krijgt ledenkorting (10%) als je je bevestiging van inschrijving toont. Je boekt en betaalt zelf je kamer. De hostel is een jeugdherberg, dus breng zelf handdoeken en zeep mee.
Annulatievoorwaarden
Door in te schrijven ga je akkoord met de annulatievoorwaarden:
- Als je niet langer kan deelnemen, contacteer altijd eerst Villa Verbeelding via reserveren@villaverbeelding.be. Wij contacteren de volgende persoon op de wachtlijst.
- Bij elke annulatie rekenen we € 70 administratiekosten aan. Als we via de wachtlijst een vervanger vinden, storten we jou de rest van het inschrijvingsgeld terug. Als we geen vervanger vinden, verwittigen we jou en mag je zelf een vervanger zoeken die ons zo snel mogelijk contacteert.
- Bij annulaties minder dan 1 maand vooraf is terugbetaling niet meer mogelijk.
Villa Verbeelding heeft het recht om de workshop te annuleren bij te weinig inschrijvingen of in geval van overmacht (bv. ziekte van de lesgever). In dat geval krijgen de deelnemers hun inschrijvingsgeld volledig terug.
Georganiseerd door Villa Verbeelding. Villa Verbeelding is het witte herenhuis in de Bampslaan bij het station in Hasselt. Er zijn vaste en tijdelijke tentoonstellingen over illustratie, lezingen, workshops (voor kinderen en volwassenen). Je kan een bezoek aan De Illustratiekamer combineren met De Illustratieroute in de Hasseltse binnenstad.

How do you get there?
Villa Verbeelding is a two minute walk from the station.

Take your own lunch or go to a super market in the city.
Where to sleep
Hostel H (Spoorwegstraat 80, 3500 Hasselt) reserves rooms for participants during a limited period. You'll get a discount (10%) with your registration certificate. You book and pay for your room yourself. Make sure you bring your own towels and products.
Cancellation policy
There are limited spaces available for this Summer School. Therefore, we would like to ensure the participation of the applicants. By registering you agree with the cancellation policy:
- If your payment and registration have been completed but you can no longer participate, always contact Villa Verbeelding first via reserveren@villaverbeelding.be. We will contact the next person on the waiting list.
- For every cancellation, we will charge an administration cost of € 70. If we can find someone to replace you via the waiting list, we will repay the rest of the registration fee. In case there is no other participant available, we will notify you that you can look for someone to replace you yourself. We kindly ask that this person contacts us as soon as possible to take care of the registration.
- In case of cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the Summer School, restitution is no longer possible. Participants pay the full registration fee, also in case of a no-show without notification or when leaving the Summer School early.
- Villa Verbeelding has the right to cancel the Summer School in case of insufficient subscriptions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of a mentor). In that case participants will get a full refund of the subscription fee.
